Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing, all designs, code, graphics, branding materials, and deliverables produced by Alphaverse Digitals remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received and ownership is formally transferred. You retain full ownership of any pre-existing materials or content you supply to us for use in projects.

5. 100% Money Back Guarantee and Refund Policy

Alphaverse Digitals offers a 100% Money Back Guarantee on all its design services. Customers can claim 100% of their money paid for the service back under the following circumstance:

If you are unsatisfied with the initial designs of the logo or the website. You can request a 100% refund on your project.

Alphaverse Digitals offers a 100% Refund on all its design services, however it is not an unconditional 100% refund and certain terms & conditions may apply. Alphaverse Digitals’s Refund Policy will be Void if;

1. You have chosen a special or a custom package.
2. The primary design concept (for any service) has been approved.
3. The Logo has been finalised.
4. The website has been designed, developed and deployed live.
5. You have demanded revisions.
6. The cancellation has been made due to reasons non-related to the project.
7. The company has not been contacted for more than 2 weeks.
8. Company’s policies, or policy, have been violated.
9. Other company or designer has been approached for the same project.
10. The creative brief is lacking in required information.
11. A complete design change has been demanded.
12. The claim has crossed the given ‘request for refund’ time span.
13. The business is closing or changing name or business.
14. Reasons such as ‘change of mind’, ‘disagreement with partner’ or other reasons that do not pertain to the service will not be subject to refund under any circumstances.
15. Once a client has accepted multiple sets of revisions (for any service),
16. The client may be entitled to claim 50% of the refund after discussion with their Project Manager.
17. The refund approval will be at discretion of Alphaverse Digitals's Management.
18. Management's decision on the matter will be final.
19. If a client subscribes for a service bundle and happens to be dissatisfied with a particular service, refund will only be applicable on that particular service and ‘not’ the entire bundle.
20. Cancellations of orders prior to project initiation due to reasons unrelated to the design service itself for any number of reasons will be subjected to a 33% cancellation administrative fee.

For the cases of refunds:

Alphaverse Digitals has a separate support team to evaluate the evidence provided for the refund claim and prepare the case study. In the same regard, Alphaverse Digitals has complete authority to reject a refund claim if the client is found guilty of violating even a single term of services stated by the company. The final decision of a refund claims approval or denial lies with Alphaverse Digitals, which, is supported by a case study of the project. The clientele of Alphaverse Digitals is obliged to respect the decision backed by pieces of evidence and case study provided by the support team of Alphaverse Digitals.

The claim request would be strictly analyzed by the support team of the company, and 2 – 3 revisions would be catered to the client as compliments. However, if the dissatisfaction continues, the specific project would be directed to the compliance of the company and would be keenly investigated. The highlighted concerns of the refund request from the client-side would be taken into notice, and the client would be updated on the procedure via the official company email.

6. Limitation of Liability

Alphaverse Digitals shall not be responsible for:

1. Indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages
2. Delays, disruptions, or issues arising from client-provided materials, third-party services, or external factors
3. Loss of data, business interruption, or revenue due to website downtime, errors, or misuse
4. Our total liability for any claim related to a project shall in no event exceed the total amount actually paid by you for that specific service or project

7. Suspension & Termination

We retain the right to suspend or terminate access to services, projects, or the website at any time if you breach these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, abusive behavior, or any conduct we reasonably deem harmful or inappropriate.

8. Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. The most current version will be posted here with the effective date. Your continued use of the website or services following any changes signifies your agreement to the revised terms.

9. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Riverside County, California.

Projects may involve third-party platforms, hosting providers, APIs, plugins, or software. We are not liable for the performance, availability, security practices, or downtime of any third-party service. Your use of such tools is subject to their respective terms and at your own risk.
